Metro Safety Refund Policy

REFUNDS

  • Students/companies must apply in writing for a refund. Inquiries can be made in email form to info@metrosafety.ca
  • Only the original receipt will be accepted to qualify for a refund.
  • No refund will be given for books.

REFUNDS BEFORE THE COURSE START

If a written request is received within 14 business days of the date of registration date Metro Safety Training will retain an administration fee equal to a maximum of 15% of the tuition fee.

REFUNDS AFTER THE COURSE START

No refund will be given after the course starts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrants with confirmed applications who do not notify us of their cancellation and who do not attend the course is liable for the entire fee.

OFA 1 courses: Public classes require 72 hours written notice of cancellation and private courses require a non-refundable deposit with 7-14 days written notice of cancellation info@metrosafety.ca

OFA Level 2, Level 3 and Pro-Renewal require 14 business days notice writing via email to info@metrosafety.ca

TRANSFERS

Courses are transferrable within 6 months of the original course date. If you are unable to attend your OFA 2 or OFA 3course, the office must be notified 14 business days prior to the course date. A $150 transfer fee will be applied to any OFA Level 2 or 3 course transfers. NO EXCEPTIONS.
