Red Cross CPR/AED Courses

You don’t have to be a superhero to save lives, nor a doctor to perform CPR. The gift of awareness is accessible to all—and it is up to each and every one of us to accept it.

Contrary to popular opinion, Red Cross CPR/AED courses aren’t tailor-made for medical professionals and interns. They are, in fact, basic tools to help us survive in the modern age.

Metro Safety Training offers Red Cross First Aid programs in BC to help you maintain the quality of your life—giving new meaning to the phrase, “prevention is better than cure”.
