Overview: Intermediate First Aid (OFA Level 2) Training in Coquitlam
Join Metro Safety for our Intermediate First Aid (OFA Level 2) Training on March 3–4, 2026, held at our Coquitlam training centre located at 914 Sherwood Ave, Coquitlam BC. This comprehensive two-day, WorkSafeBC-approved program prepares participants to respond confidently to emergency medical situations in medium-risk workplaces across British Columbia.
This course runs 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on both days, teaching advanced CPR, airway support, trauma care, severe bleeding control, wound treatment, fracture stabilization, spinal injury procedures, patient assessment, and emergency scene coordination. Upon successful completion, participants receive a WorkSafeBC-recognized OFA Level 2 certificate valid for three years.
This training is ideal for designated workplace first aid attendants, safety supervisors, and workers in environments requiring advanced emergency care skills.
