Overview: Advanced Workplace First Aid (OFA Level 2) Training

Metro Safety presents Intermediate First Aid (OFA Level 2) on March 28–29, 2026, located at our Coquitlam training centre at 914 Sherwood Ave, Coquitlam BC. This two-day WorkSafeBC-approved course provides enhanced first aid skills needed for medium-risk work environments throughout British Columbia.

Operating 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on both days, the course teaches advanced CPR, trauma response, airway management, wound care, major bleeding control, fracture stabilization, spinal injury support, shock management, and emergency scene leadership. Graduates earn a three-year OFA Level 2 certification accepted province-wide.
