🩺 Overview: Intermediate First Aid (OFA 2) Training in Coquitlam

Metro Safety presents Intermediate First Aid (OFA Level 2) on March 19–20, 2026, at our Coquitlam training centre at 914 Sherwood Ave, Coquitlam BC. This two-day WorkSafeBC-approved program prepares participants to act as designated first aid attendants in medium-risk workplaces.

Each day runs 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, covering advanced CPR, airway management, major trauma care, fracture stabilization, spinal procedures, patient assessment, wound management, shock management, and emergency scene leadership. Participants who complete the program receive a three-year OFA Level 2 certificate.

Ideal for supervisors, safety officers, first aid attendants, and workers who need advanced emergency response training.
