Join Metro Safety for Intermediate First Aid (OFA Level 2) on March 17-18, 2026, at our Coquitlam training centre located at 914 Sherwood Ave, Coquitlam BC. This WorkSafeBC-approved, two-day training program equips participants with the advanced knowledge and hands-on skills required for emergency response roles in medium-risk workplaces throughout BC.

Running 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM each day, this course covers advanced CPR techniques, airway management, major bleeding and trauma care, fracture support, spinal injury procedures, patient assessment, and emergency scene coordination. Graduates receive a three-year OFA Level 2 certificate recognized province-wide.

This course is ideal for designated workplace first aid attendants, safety personnel, and supervisors.


What You Will Learn in OFA Level 2
