Metro Safety invites you to join our Intermediate First Aid (OFA Level 2) Training on January 22–23, 2026, taking place at 914 Sherwood Ave, Coquitlam BC. This WorkSafeBC-approved course equips participants with the advanced first aid skills required in medium-risk workplaces across British Columbia.

The class runs from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM for two consecutive days, covering advanced CPR, wound and trauma management, fracture care, spinal injury procedures, patient assessments, emergency planning, and communication. Graduates receive a three-year OFA Level 2 certificate.

This program is perfect for individuals who serve as designated first aid attendants.
