Metro Safety offers Basic First Aid (OFA Level 1) Training on March 17, 2026, at our training centre located at 914 Sherwood Ave, Coquitlam BC. This WorkSafeBC-approved course provides critical first aid and emergency response training for individuals working in BC workplaces.

Running from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, this course includes CPR instruction, wound management, burn care, shock response, and workplace emergency scene management. Participants earn a 3-year OFA Level 1 certificate.
