Join Metro Safety for Basic First Aid (OFA Level 1) on February 26, 2026, hosted at 914 Sherwood Ave, Coquitlam BC. This WorkSafeBC-approved course provides essential skills for responding to injuries and emergencies in BC workplaces.

Running from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, this course includes CPR, bleeding control, airway support, wound care, burn management, and emergency scene protocol. Successful participants earn a three-year OFA Level 1 certificate.
