Overview: Intermediate First Aid (OFA 2) Training in Coquitlam

Enroll in Metro Safety’s Intermediate First Aid (OFA Level 2) on April 8–9, 2026, delivered at our Coquitlam facility located at 914 Sherwood Ave, Coquitlam BC. This two-day WorkSafeBC-approved course equips workers with advanced medical assessment and emergency response skills required in medium-risk work environments.

The course runs from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM each day and includes advanced CPR, airway management, trauma control, wound treatment, fracture stabilization, spinal injury support, patient assessment, shock response, and emergency scene leadership. Participants receive a three-year OFA Level 2 certificate recognized throughout British Columbia.

This course is ideal for those designated as workplace first aid attendants or supervisors.
