🩺 Overview: Intermediate First Aid (OFA Level 2) Training in Coquitlam

Join Metro Safety for our Intermediate First Aid (OFA Level 2) Training on January 13–14, 2026, hosted at our Coquitlam training facility located at 914 Sherwood Ave, Coquitlam BC. This two-day WorkSafeBC-approved course prepares workers for emergency response roles in medium-risk environments throughout British Columbia.

Over two full days from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, participants learn advanced CPR skills, trauma care, airway management, spinal immobilization, wound treatment, and emergency scene leadership. Graduates receive a WorkSafeBC-recognized OFA Level 2 certificate valid for three years.

This course is ideal for workers assigned as designated first aid attendants or safety personnel.
