🩺 Overview: Intermediate First Aid (OFA Level 2) Training in Coquitlam

Join Metro Safety for our Intermediate First Aid (OFA Level 2) Training on January 5–6, 2026, held at our Coquitlam training centre: 914 Sherwood Ave, Coquitlam BC. This WorkSafeBC-approved two-day course provides enhanced emergency medical skills required for medium-risk workplaces across British Columbia.

Running from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM each day, this course includes advanced CPR, wound management, major trauma care, spinal injury support, patient assessment, and emergency scene protocols. Successful participants earn an OFA Level 2 certificate valid for three years.

This course is ideal for supervisors, designated first aid attendants, and employees in industries where a higher level of emergency response is required.
