    WHO TAKES IT IN RICHMOND

First aid attendants at moderate-hazard sites, construction and manufacturing crews, camp and film-unit medics working toward OFA 3, and healthcare or care-aide students.

Richmond Level 2 demand is concentrated in air-cargo and freight operations near YVR, cold-storage and food processing in East Cambie, and residential care facilities that need an attendant able to manage a casualty until BCEHS arrives. On-site delivery avoids sending several staff across the bridge for two full days, which is usually the deciding cost for a Richmond crew.
