By accessing our website or enrolling in any Metro Safety Training program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Course Registration & Payment
- All course fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date unless other arrangements have been made.
- Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
- Corporate and group pricing is available upon request.
Cancellation & Credit Policy
- All course registrations are non-refundable; credits (valid 12 months) are the standard resolution.
- Blended, online and third-party courses cannot be refunded or transferred except where required by law.
- Transfers require advance notice (72 hours for 1–2 day courses, 5 business days for 3–5 day, 10 business days for 6+), are subject to approval, and carry a 25% fee (min $50, max $250 + tax).
- No-shows, late arrivals refused entry, and late-notice cancellations receive no refund, credit or transfer.
- If Metro Safety cancels a course, you may choose a full credit or a full refund.

Certification & Attendance
- Students must meet all attendance and assessment requirements to receive certification.
- Certifications are issued in accordance with WorkSafeBC and/or Canadian Red Cross standards.
- Metro Safety Training is not responsible for certification decisions made by regulatory bodies.
Limitation of Liability
Metro Safety Training provides training for educational purposes. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the application of skills learned in our courses. Participants assume responsibility for their own actions in real-world emergency situations.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, and branding are the property of Metro Safety Training or their respective licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
