"Raymond is a great teacher. He is well educated about all first aid subjects and areas. With his knowledge comes with great tips on how to be successful. As well, Raymond is a caring, funny, and patient instructor. He keeps his lectures interesting and cracks some good jokes along the way. Including, he makes the classroom feel comfortable to answer any questions. Even though I needed this course for my job, by having Raymond as an instructor it encourages and intrigues me to request for him for more training or retraining later down the road.
