Metro Safety Training's Construction Safety Officer (CSO) program is a 10-day, ASTTBC-recognized course delivered in Coquitlam and serving students from across the Lower Mainland. You'll graduate ready to lead site safety, manage WorkSafeBC compliance, conduct inspections, and run incident investigations on real construction projects.
