- CPR & AED: High-quality CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants, and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator.
- Trauma Care: Managing severe bleeding, tourniquet application, and wound care.
- Injuries: Responding to head, neck, and spinal injuries, as well as bone and joint fractures using the RICE method.
- Medical Emergencies: Recognizing signs of heart attack, stroke (FAST), anaphylaxis, asthma, and diabetic emergencies.
- Environmental Hazards: Treating heat stroke, hypothermia, and poisoning.
