    Comprehensive First Aid Training in Coquitlam

    Join Metro Safety Training on March 20, 2027, for our Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C course. This training is held at our primary facility located at 914 Sherwood Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3K 1A6. Our location features free on-site parking and is conveniently situated for students traveling from Surrey, Richmond, and Vancouver.

    The in-person skills session runs from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM (PST). As this is a blended learning format, students are required to complete 2–4 hours of self-paced online pre-learning prior to attending the classroom portion. This allows us to focus the in-person day on hands-on practice and vital life-saving techniques.
