This is a blended course. You will complete 2–4 hours of self-paced online theory at home before attending the full 8-hour in-person skills session at our Coquitlam facility on March 6, 2027.

What do I need to bring to the training center in Coquitlam?

Please bring a piece of government-issued photo ID, proof of your online module completion, and wear comfortable clothing as you will be practicing CPR and life-saving maneuvers on the floor.

Yes, our training facility at 914 Sherwood Ave offers free on-site parking for all students attending the course.

How long is the certification valid?

Comprehensive Standard First Aid Training in Coquitlam
