What You Will Learn
This course is designed to provide participants with the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and infants. Key modules include:
- Emergency Response: Applying the Check/Call/Care sequence and activating EMS.
- CPR Techniques: High-quality CPR for all ages, including 2-rescuer coordination.
- AED Operation: How to safely use an Automated External Defibrillator.
- Medical Emergencies: Recognizing signs of heart attack, stroke, angina, and life-threatening bleeding.
