Professional Red Cross CPR Level C Training in Coquitlam
Join Metro Safety Training on April 17, 2027, for our comprehensive Canadian Red Cross CPR Level C + AED course. This session takes place at our primary training facility located at 914 Sherwood Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3K 1A6. Course Schedule & Format
This in-person skills session runs from 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM (PST). As this is a blended learning format, students must complete the online theory component prior to attending this practical session. This approach allows you to learn the theory at your own pace while spending your time in the classroom focused on hands-on mastery of life-saving techniques.

What You Will Learn
Led by experienced Canadian Red Cross instructors, this course covers critical emergency response skills, including:
- Adult, Child, and Infant CPR (Level C)
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation and safety
- Choking response for all ages (responsive and unresponsive)
- Recognition of heart attack, stroke, and angina (FAST recognition)
- 2-rescuer CPR coordination and the H.A.IN.E.S. recovery position
- Circulatory emergencies and life-threatening bleeding awareness
Who Should Attend?
This course is ideal for workplace employees, fitness instructors, personal trainers, parents, coaches, and school employees. It is the standard CPR requirement for most BC workplaces and community organizations. Upon successful completion, participants receive a Canadian Red Cross CPR/AED Level C certificate valid for 3 years.
