What is the difference between CPR Level A and Level C?

CPR Level C is the most comprehensive level, covering life-saving techniques for adults, children, and infants. Level A only covers adults. Level C is the standard requirement for most workplaces, coaches, and students in British Columbia.

How long is this certification valid?

Yes, the Canadian Red Cross CPR/AED Level C certificate is valid for 3 years. We recommend renewing before your expiry date to ensure your skills remain sharp.

What should I bring to the training session?

Please bring a piece of government-issued photo ID and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily, as you will be practicing CPR techniques on the floor with manikins.

Is there parking available at the Coquitlam location?
