What You Will Learn
Led by expert instructors, this hands-on session covers the full spectrum of the Red Cross curriculum, including:
- The Check, Call, Care emergency response framework.
- High-quality CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants.
- How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Choking rescue procedures for all age groups.
- Recognizing signs of heart attack, stroke, and life-threatening bleeding.
- Coordinating 2-rescuer CPR.
Certification and Registration
Upon successful completion, students receive a Canadian Red Cross CPR/AED Level C certificate, which is valid for 3 years. You will have access to your digital certificate via the Red Cross portal on the same day.
