What You Will Learn
Our expert instructors use the Canadian Red Cross curriculum to ensure you are prepared for real-world emergencies. This course covers:
- CPR for Adults, Children, and Infants
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation
- Choking response for all ages (responsive and unresponsive)
- Recognition of Heart Attack and Stroke (FAST signs)
- Managing life-threatening bleeding and using the recovery position
- Secondary-rescuer CPR coordination
Who Should Attend?
CPR Level C is the standard for most non-healthcare workplaces in British Columbia. It is ideal for fitness instructors, daycare workers, teachers, security personnel, and volunteers. This course provides the "full family" coverage including infant and child techniques which are essential for those working with youth.
Certification Details
Participants who successfully complete the online theory and the in-person skills session will receive a Canadian Red Cross CPR/AED Level C certificate, which is valid for three years. You will receive same-day digital access to your credentials through the Red Cross portal.
