Our Canadian Red Cross certified instructors will guide you through hands-on practice using high-quality manikins and AED trainers. Key learning modules include:

• Emergency Response Framework: Applying the Check/Call/Care sequence and activating EMS.
• High-Quality CPR: Compressions and breaths for adults, children, and infants, including 2-rescuer coordination.
• AED Operation: How to safely use an Automated External Defibrillator in an emergency.
• Choking Response: Clearing airway obstructions for conscious and unconscious victims of all ages.
• Cardiac Emergencies: Recognizing signs of heart attack, stroke (FAST), and angina.

This course is ideal for workplace employees requiring compliance, fitness professionals, coaches, parents, and community members. It is the standard required for most Standard First Aid programs in BC. Whether you are a teacher, a personal trainer, or a volunteer, this level provides the most comprehensive CPR coverage available for the general public.

Registration & Certification

The cost for this certification is $59.95. Upon successful completion of both the online and in-person components, students receive a Canadian Red Cross CPR/AED Level C certificate valid for 3 years. We provide same-day digital certificate access via the Red Cross portal.
