What You Will Learn
Our curriculum is structured into four critical phases to ensure total competency:
- Regulations & Legal Framework: Understanding WorkSafeBC OHS regulations and employer/operator responsibilities.
- Theory & Written Exam: Master the stability triangle, load charts, fuel/battery handling, and pass the written assessment.
- Hands-On Training: Supervised practice on a real forklift, including traveling, turning, and load handling.
- Practical Evaluation: A one-on-one skills assessment to demonstrate your ability to operate safely.
Who Should Attend?
This course is essential for warehouse workers, construction crews, logistics employees, and supervisors across Coquitlam, Surrey, Richmond, and Vancouver. Participants must be at least 16 years old. Please note: Steel-toed safety boots are mandatory for participation.
