• Detailed inspection and maintenance of fall arrest equipment
• Proper donning and adjustment of a full-body harness
• Calculating fall clearance and understanding the forces involved in a fall
• Selection and use of anchors, lifelines, and lanyards
• Emergency response and rescue planning fundamentals
