Designed specifically for current or recently lapsed WorkSafeBC Advanced First Aid (OFA 3) certificate holders, this program allows you to upgrade to a nationally recognized EMR credential without repeating foundational training. This intensive session runs from January 22 to January 31, 2027, with daily sessions starting at 4:30 PM and ending at 8:30 PM PST.

What You Will Learn
This NOCP-aligned bridge course covers advanced competencies beyond the OFA 3 scope, including:
- EMR-model systematic primary and secondary patient assessments
- Oxygen therapy and advanced airway adjuncts
- Assisted medication protocols (Nitroglycerin, ASA, Epinephrine, Glucagon)
- Spinal motion restriction and patient transport documentation
- MCI triage using START and JumpSTART protocols
- Basic Life Support (BLS / CPR-HCP) certification
