    What You Will Learn

    This single-day program provides participants with the essential skills needed to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies. As a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner, our curriculum covers:

    • The Red Cross Check/Call/Care emergency response sequence.
    • CPR Level C & AED: Hands-on practice for adults, children, and infants.
    • Airway Emergencies: Recognizing and treating choking in all ages.
    • Sudden Medical Emergencies: Managing heart attacks, strokes, seizures, and diabetic emergencies.
    • Trauma Care: Bleeding control, wound dressing, and head/spine injury stabilization.
    • Environmental Emergencies: Responding to heat exhaustion, frostbite, and anaphylaxis.

    Who Should Attend?

    This course is ideal for individuals who need a recognized Red Cross certificate quickly. It is highly recommended for coaches, teachers, childcare workers, parents, and employees in lower-hazard workplaces. Please note that while this is a nationally recognized certification, it is not a substitute for WorkSafeBC Occupational First Aid (OFA) levels.

    Certification & Registration

    Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a Canadian Red Cross Emergency First Aid + CPR/AED Level C certificate, which is valid for three years. We provide same-day digital certificate access via the Red Cross portal.
