What You Will Learn
This fast-paced, hands-on course covers the core fundamentals of emergency response, including:
- The Red Cross Check/Call/Care emergency response sequence.
- Airway & Breathing Emergencies: Choking procedures for adults, children, and infants.
- CPR & AED: High-quality CPR techniques and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator.
- Sudden Medical Emergencies: Recognizing heart attacks, strokes, and anaphylaxis.

While it is a recognized Red Cross credential, please note it is not a replacement for WorkSafeBC Occupational First Aid (OFA) requirements.
