- Scene Assessment: Applying the Check/Call/Care sequence and activating EMS.
- Airway & CPR: Techniques for adults, children, and infants, including choking response.

- Medical Emergencies: Recognizing heart attacks, strokes, anaphylaxis, and asthma.
- Trauma Care: Bleeding control, wound dressing, and head/spine injury stabilization.
