Professional Emergency First Aid Training in Coquitlam
Join Metro Safety Training on January 27, 2027, for our comprehensive Emergency First Aid + CPR/AED Level C course. This Canadian Red Cross certified program is designed to provide participants with the essential skills needed to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies. The session runs from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM at our primary training facility.

Course Curriculum & Learning Objectives
This half-day intensive course follows the Red Cross Check/Call/Care framework. Students will gain hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Scene Assessment: Learning how to safely approach an emergency and activate EMS.
- Airway & Breathing: Managing choking for adults, children, and infants.
- Circulatory Emergencies: Performing high-quality CPR and utilizing an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Medical Emergencies: Recognizing signs of heart attack, stroke, anaphylaxis, and asthma.
- Trauma Care: Basic wound care, bleeding control, and managing head/spinal injuries.
