    • Emergency Response: Mastering the Red Cross Check-Call-Care framework and scene assessment.
    • CPR & AED: High-quality CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants, plus Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation.
    • Choking & Airway: Managing airway obstructions for all ages.
    • Medical Emergencies: Recognizing signs of heart attack, stroke, anaphylaxis, and diabetic emergencies.
    • Trauma Care: Bleeding control, wound care, and managing head, neck, or spinal injuries.
