What You Will Learn
This comprehensive 8-hour session covers essential skills for both in-facility and pre-hospital settings. Participants will engage in hands-on, scenario-based learning to master:
- High-performance CPR for adults, children, and infants.
- Safe and efficient Automated External Defibrillator (AED) integration.
- Managing conscious and unconscious choking (airway obstructions).
- Team-based resuscitation and effective communication during a crisis.
- Bag-valve mask (BVM) assisted ventilation and primary assessments.

Who Should Attend?

Certification Requirements
Upon successful completion of the course and the closed-book evaluation (minimum 75% score), students will receive a Canadian Red Cross Basic Life Support certificate, valid for one year. Digital certificates are issued immediately through the Red Cross Learning Centre.
