What You Will Learn
This hands-on course covers the fundamentals of first aid and CPR, meeting the standards for Occupational First Aid Level 1. Key topics include:
- Primary assessment and the EMS system
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED usage
- Management of obstructed airways (choking)
- Control of external bleeding and wound care
- Managing medical emergencies and minor injuries
