How long is the Basic First Aid (OFA 1) course?

This is a one-day, 8-hour course running from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM PST. It is designed to provide maximum information in a concise, hands-on format.

What do I need to bring to the Surrey training center?

Participants should bring a valid government-issued photo ID. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing as there are practical components that involve kneeling and simulated rescue scenarios. All training materials and equipment are provided on-site.
