Course Content & Learning Objectives
Students will undergo rigorous training in accordance with WorkSafeBC standards. The curriculum covers:
- Basic Life Support (CPR Level A) and AED usage
- Managing airway, breathing, and circulatory emergencies
- Initial assessment and prioritized care (Primary Survey)
- Treatment for minor wounds and hemorrhage control
- Completion of required workplace documentation and reports
