Please bring a piece of government-issued photo ID. We also recommend wearing comfortable clothing as there are practical components involving kneeling and floor work. All training manuals and supplies are provided.

How long is the Basic First Aid certification valid for?

Yes, upon successful completion of the course and the practical assessment, you will receive a certification that is valid for three years.

Is there parking available at the Coquitlam training center?

Free parking is available on-site at Metro Safety Training at 914 Sherwood Ave. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to secure a spot and complete registration.
